Young-hwan Cha, CEO of KTNET, attended and signed an MOU for digital trading cooperation between KTNET and POSCO International held at POSCO Tower in Yeoksam-dong on the morning of March 28 (Mon).

Si-bo Joo, CEO of POSCO International, took part in the MOU ceremony. The two companies have decided to cooperate to promote the following agendas: Digitalization of export payment procedures; linkage & utilization of digital logistics information; promotion of blockchain-based digital trading, etc.

With the roadmap embodied in the MOU, KTNET and POSCO International jointly plan to digitize the trade process for quick trade processing and spearhead linking POSCO International’s ERP system and KTNET’s digital trade and logistics platform.

CEO Cha stated, “KTNET and POSCO International share a common goal of digital transformation of the trade industry. With this agreement, for a common goal, both companies aim to pool their expertise and capabilities and cooperate to provide next-generation digital trade and logistics platform services that incorporate new IT technologies such as blockchain and AI.”
