As an accredited agency of Ministry of Strategy and Finance, KTNET opened E-Revenue Stamp for e-Document service on July 1st, 2017.

Any business concluding subcontract, delegation, and contract may purchase e-revenue stamp for stamp duty payment.

Before July 1st, 2017, even businesses using e-contract system had been purchasing and scanning e-revenue stamp from Korea Finance Telecommunications & Clearing Institute.

Now, through implementation of e-revenue stamp for e-Document, companies can purchase e-revenue stamp by inserting the shape of stamp on the e-document from our website.

KTNET is preferentially providing service for e-revenue stamp for e-Document on our website, then planning to associate our system to public procurement system like Korea On-Line E-Procurement System and e-contract system for construction firms within September so that we can support for utilization of our e-revenue stamp automatically.
